FIT4MOM Strength Class (In Person)





Our Strength class is an intentional movement class that incorporates some light cardio with a main focus on overall strength and core. Dedicated core and flexibility work is included to help you move and feel better. A perfect compliment to any cardio class or activity that you currently enjoy, this easy to follow strength based program will increase your metabolism, your athleticism, and your ability to lift and lunge in life. Low impact options will be offered. Class will start with a warm up and end with mindfulness and stretching. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.
